How do I catch you all up with what has happened over the last few months? All I can say is … Life Has Happened!
Yes, we have had a few bumps in the road with the virus, but it is all working out. Our trips to KC have turned into a two day date with my girlfriend.
Heart wise, it could not be better. I have had about fourteen biopsies and no rejection. My EF, the number that measures how strong your heart pumps, has been up to the level of an athlete. But when I look in the mirror, that’s not what I see. What’s up with that?
Thank you all for your support over the last 9 plus months. This journey has been filled with friends, new and old. But let’s not forget why Kinsey and Cindy created this labor of love website – awareness. Being a blood or organ donor is the gift of life, but not everyone can. But everyone can help in their own way. Maybe with our experiences you will read on this site, you can find your way to help.
We hope we are almost done with the treatments. Maybe in a couple of weeks Miss Donn and I will have to find a new place for a date.
