Sorry I haven’t been keeping up on journey, but it has been a wild one.
We just got home from KC and it was good trip. Yesterday was a long day to say the least. I had another great biopsy with the rejection at 0 one more time. It seems to shock some of the folks up there because they say everyone has a little rejection, except me.
The second procedure was another echo. My ejection fraction, once again, was 70. That’s 10 to 15 points above the norm and another blessing. The chest X-ray shows good healing and my pain is getting less all the time.
The last thing was a little rough. I had an angiogram and an angiocamera to set a baseline for annual appointments. This was not a test but things did look normal and everyone is happy, including Miss Donna and I.
When we go up for these appointments we always try to stay the night before and this time we stayed over last night because of the late dismissal. But if you need to stay anyplace close the Westport or even the Plaza, consider the Holiday Inn Express Westport. We have been very pleased with the quiet clean rooms and it is next door to the Westport Flee Market and Grill. Rated the best hamburger in the city. The manager is Joe and night clerk is Sophia, tell’m we sent you.
